NEW ACCOUNT

The Hawley Company, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of bicycle parts & accessories selling primarily to retail bicycle and sporting goods businesses only. We do not sell to the general public. The Hawley Company reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any business. In order to become a customer, you must print out our application then fax it to us at 1.800.822.1985. The business application is saved in a .pdf file format, so you must have Acrobat Reader to view the file. We MUST have the original with signature. To qualify as a wholesale customer, we require the following:

Account Terms

Open Account terms are normally Net 30 days. Initial account terms are credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Accounts will be considered for open account terms after a completed and signed Hawley Business Account Application has been received and processed by our Credit Department. All decisions with respect to credit approval, terms, continuation, revision, or termination of accounts are at the sole discretion of Hawley. Seasonal terms may be offered under certain restrictions to those businesses who qualify. Any account that becomes past due will incur a late payment charge at the maximum rate allowed by law, but not to exceed 2% per month on the outstanding balance. A $30 service charge, plus any additional charges from any banking institution, will be due for each presentation of an NSF check. The account will be changed to pre-pay for future orders. Discounts and Freight Credit Allowance (FCA) are not allowed on accounts that are past due or have any outstanding NSF checks.

 

Requirements to Maintain a Hawley Account

In order to maintain an active account, the following actions are necessary:

  • Account must show dedication to the retail bicycle industry.
  • Account must maintain timely payment of invoices.
  • Account must be respectful and courteous to Hawley staff.
  • Account must maintain ethical business practices
  • Account must comply with all policies set forth by Hawley

Hawley reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any business as well as the right to close any active account as we deem necessary.

 

Placing Orders

Orders may be placed by phone at 1.800.822.1980 Monday and Tuesday between 9:00AM and 7:00PM, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM EST, and on Friday 9:00AM and 4:00PM. Or via our toll free Fax line at 1.800.822.1985 or via our website, www.hawleyusa.com, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. When placing your orders by FAX, please be sure to provide a contact name and phone, FAX, or e-mail address. PLEASE ORDER BY PART NUMBER and include a brief description. Using part numbers prevents misunderstandings and mistakes.

From one of our two distribution centers, we can reach the majority of the US population in no more than two days ground shipping. Ordering from Hawley is fast, efficient, and simple.
